9:30: Our comfortable tour bus takes us to Nablusنابلس and straight to our new hotel. From there, we exploreنستكشف the busy city centre, visit a traditional soap factoryمصنع and eat at one of Nablus's many excellentممتازة restaurants.
2:00: We drive to an ancient villageقرية to see life as it was a centuryقرن ago. First, we visit the museumمتحف and then the local communityمجتمع centre for an afternoon class in traditional cookingالطبخ. Finally, we taste the best of Palestinian food, as we sit down to a dinner of their finest local dishes.
